This Yixing purple clay teapot has a simple shape, a flat and smooth body, and a lid button that matches the shape of the teapot, one small and one large, which is unique and impressive. The short spout and the ring handle are well-proportioned, and the shape of the whole teapot is exquisite and generous.

This is my first clay teapot. It was packaged nicely with a protective box and a cloth covering inside. It made it to Minnesota from China just fine. I'm thrilled! I will remember to review this again after I prep and use it for a few days. Unfortunately, it arrived on a day when I'm leaving town. Can't wait!
